Independent Evaluation System
The article published in the journal must be original, based on the research results of the author (authors), not contain plagiarism and are not published anywhere.
Each article, with double blind peer review, will be inspected by two independent proper field experts (reviewers).
The article will be rated at a maximum of 100 points.
The article will be recommended for printing if both reviewers evaluate the work according to each component positively (half of the corresponding criterion score +1 points).
The chief editor will make a decision on publication of the article in the journal on the basis of the consultation and review of reviewers with the members of the relevant field.
The article evaluation criteria are as follows:
• The goal of research community and its actuality (Maximum score: 20 points).
Assessment: the importance of the work and its objective in the research topic.
• Scientific innovation and importance of research results (Maximum score: 40 points).
Assessment: the level of scientific innovation of the results of the research, their theoretical, applied and practical significance.
• Depth of analysis of the problem and structure of the work (Maximum score: 40 points).
Assessment: How deeply the discussion is, how the author (or authors) works on the topic of the article as an organized structural article for the purpose of the research.
