Conference Theme: “Knowledge Economy in Modern Globalization”
In a modern era the new forms of globalization spread across the planet. Diversity and integrity of such forms play important role in shaping modern economy, politics and future of humanity.
Knowledge economy is one the most important areas of globalization changing old paradigms in economics and social sciences. The number of tech companies rises every year as well as their role in global economy. Shift from old communication forms to new ones mark the fact that value creation and exchange has become more versatile and flexible.
Globalization has its side effects and drawbacks as well. These include conflicts between local and global values, ideas and their consequences. Not all global projects succeed and often turn into disasters for their initiators or communities.
This conference, we hope, will address these perspectives and others that connect and arise.
